EFSH: Unfortunately, this one ran away today before I could post this info, but this is something you don't see everyday. OTC:EFSH is spinning off their subsidiary Goedekers, it will have a NYSE or NASDAQ IPO. Typically in these spinoff cases, I believe the parent company shareholders would usually get shares in the spinoff......but I can't find any definitive information on it to know for sure. The Goedekers IPO is going to be between $14-$16 dollars, EFSH was trading at $1.00 earlier this week.
