It's not very difficult to understand here, we need real estate. That's it.

The longer it takes the more the PPS will decline. It is what it is.

I took a risk and sold half in the mid 20's but now I and most others should just wait. Most of us are already deep in the black so it's ok.

One thing I would of done if I had pockets like Ezra is put up huge wall bids to protect the PPS but that's just my thought. Again, I don't care if this blows up in either direction but I protect my ventures. I've put millions into something before knowing I would lose money in the short term but works out for the greater good.

Just me 2 cents and IMO
