By now most people have moved on and have simply "eaten" their losses
Ultimately Surber is responsible for the whole debacle. He knows how to use the legal system for protection.
Focusing on the SAKL shell and not the past. It has a "green light" and is active on the Utah SOS. Michael Golightly appears to be in charge of the shell under his name. Makes sense given the legal mess Surber created for himself
