~here are the facts what’s going on:
this looks to be a rm of his private company/or technology scaled into LVXI. I found this doing a search~apparently FTEG had a LOI with GEOCommand & Albert late last year, but never happened.cause the ceo of FTEG tried to extort Albert so he walked away. Another poster said the CEO Grist of FTEG was horrible and tried screwing Albert on the deal, so Albert backed out of it. Now he just took over LVXI to perhaps merge into his private company makes perfect sense, and I like the business a lot better than a train ride in the crazy environment we live in today with riots, police, etc. see below

LOI and Negotiations with GEOcommand, Inc

For The Earth Corporation has entered into a Letter of Intent with GEOcommand (www.GEOCOMMAND.com), to license the GEOcommand suite of technologies. GEOcommand is a state-of-the-art site-specific

Geographical information system (GIS). This map-based technology provides emergency responders with location specific and situational awareness in real time to better enhance response times to manmade and natural disasters. GEOcommand provides a simple and intuitive way to view the situations at large. From a city view (CityAware), to specific in-building support plans and critical assets (SiteAware), GEOcommand is bringing innovative technologies to help keep everyone safer.

Nelson Grist, FTEG CEO states, “The gun violence that transpired this past weekend clearly highlights the importance of being able to provide America’s first responders with the critical information needed to help mitigate such events.”

“GEOcommand technologies provide responding agencies with the ability to rapidly identify and share active threats and hazards (active shooter, fire, hazardous materials) at the scene before arrival and coordinate resources for better incident command and control of the event. This helps them maximize their response efforts and effectiveness and, most importantly, can help save lives. As a research and development firm we realize the importance of working with FTEG to market and sell our technology on a national scale.” stated Albert Koenigsberg, President of GEOcommand.

I had a correspondence with Mr Koenigsberg also, asked him if he was our new CEO and he said yes. This was his reply.
“Thank you for your communication. Yes, it's my intention to communicate with the LVXI shareholder base regularly. Continue monitoring as you have.”

I didn’t ask him any other questions being it was our first correspondence. With that said he was the nicest guy. I told him I used to live in Boca Raton Fl. where he lives and runs his business. I have been trading for 14 years and have never had a CEO invite me to call him and meet with him if I’m ever in town. I will take him up because my wife’s family still lives there and we vacation at least once a year there.

I complimented him on what I found doing DD on his company.

His reply was “ Thank you! It’s been a labor of love.”

“If your travels bring you to South Florida please feel free to let me know. I enjoy good shareholder relationships in GEOcommand and look forward to continuing the same with LVXI shareholders.”

Our conversation ended with him saying “stay safe”

So to say the least I was impressed, I’m looking forward to more information. I’m assuming in time a name and symbol change to match is company.

http://www.geocommand.com/products/

“GEOcommand CityAware is a one-of-a-kind collaborative software system that can be used by multiple agencies and jurisdictions to plan and coordinate emergency and disaster response, management, and mitigation.”

Being a private company we have no way to know about revenue but i did find this: https://rocketreach.co/geocommand-inc-profile_b5e4c804f42e6655

Digging around I found he’s been trying to raise capita as every other company and probably decided to do a RM into a public shell.

I Hope this is the start of a beautiful partnership for him and shareholders.
