It appears someone sold via a market order. They should not do that with this stock. All the shares sold within 1 second, so they wouldn't have had time to replace limit orders, thus it must have been a market order unless he put in a limit order for .023. I have a friend with a million shares already, that's trying for more at .0241, as we speak. Maybe he'll be lucky enough to get a bargain.
