Repost but important: "The SA author shares my interest in NGL's counterparty risk, which is one the many "Risk Factors" listed in NGL's SEC filings. I mentioned that risk in several of my posts. The SA author thinks counterparty risk is a pretty big deal.

Also pleased that the article focuses on NGL's two sizable preferred issues and their bonds, all beaten to smithereens lately, yet never discussed by cheerleaders on this board.
