Please just retire that "triple" stuff. I'm not looking to argue with you but most(all?) lived through higher prices when we all thought we were on our way. I still kick myself for not taking the signal from our esteemed President Capponi who was selling at 14. Am I glad we are not in the 3s and in the 9s? Of course. The triple stuff just doesnt pass the smell test (to me). Im asking you to just stop using that argument. Want to highlight all the positive news? Fine. Just needed to get this off my back since everytime you say it I cringe and figure, well it's the last time you'll say it. Wrong.
