In my conversation yesterday with Ed when I asked him about the share price plunge and whether the company was diluting his reply was... that he owns a large amount of the company shares and he's not happy about the pps going down. I believe it's in the range of $6M. From this board response it seems like he has called back a few lately so I will give him the benefit of the doubt at this point. He thinks it's divy shares being dumped but I'm not so sure about that...it could be naked shorting by the mm's ...we can all speculate, the bottom line is the pps went down on what appears to be very good news about the company future plans. I told him about this site which he was not aware of and that there is a lot of interest and if he could to put another pr to clarify his position and the total OS. He says in the range of 350M. Just hope it holds .003 and bounces from here. This after GHTI does not make my account look too healthy. good luck today.
