David Lazar's OTC SPAC's/CUSTODIAN Plays

I haven't posted here in a few years. But I'm back and focused almost exclusively on Lazar plays. Here's some DD for DIEN. What I saw recorded in the courts on 6/23/20 was an Affidavit of Publication. I didn't see an Affidavit of Holding. An Affidavit of Publication is letting the Court know that the proper public notice has been given in a proper publication. This particular public notice was provided in a local legal news paper.

It seems to me that it has to do with the earlier Motion to Require Proofs of Claim against DIEN. The only person or entity that filed a claim with the Court as far as I can see is DIEN's former attorney who first withdrew as DIEN's counsel and then filed a claim against his form client (DIEN) for $5,975.47, my guess would be that's for unpaid legal fees. It looks like there getting ready to do something with DIEN imo. I have no play here as I tried to buy DIEN this morning but TDA wouldn't let me. Ugh. I hope to make $$ with you all.
