It’s true shares are scarce as indicated in NKLA naked short position. Still, smart money would have already flown into the warrants at these tremendous discounts and they haven’t... You know the old saying... If it’s too good to be true, it probably is...

Having such a glaring arbitrage that has remained is possibly an illusion and/or trap for new money flowing in to the warrants IMO...

Again, I hope I’m wrong about this... nothing would make me happier than to convert knowing I had an immediate 30% gain on the conversion.
