NO R/S?! heard that LIE Before! Where this POS gave a PR stating no R/S and within a few days, DID AN R/S that took out all the Bag-Holder's Positions! .. I was ONE OF THEM!
I've learned that they GAVE that PR just to give a False impression of HOPE! In other words, they didn't want people to sell into the-then BID before they dumped!
Sadly, their Sucker Punch Worked!
But then again, even though they've Lied to their Shareholders, they were technically still in the clear through the loophole of wordings buried within the "Forward Looking Statements"

So until this POS shows Tangible Accomplishments, then, they're just a Bunch of Scammers looking to selfishly USE the proceeds from this PIG to ride out the Pandemic, at the expense of whatever sucker they can get to believe in them!
