IMO MM will run this when they decide , Day traders look for 10-20% gains as they should , swing in & out a couple times a week is good money , here’s what may happen with this stock

Like a game of musical chairs right now , A partner or ? Can push this PPS quickly , or Not

Based on trial results I do see a unmet need here , there’s many years of data and safety does not appear to be a concern , and again they have many patents. I would not be surprised to see approval outside US and partner , JMHO
