NEW DISCOVERIES - PRE MERGE



Slojab, follow me for a minute. Gonna try and summarize my thoughts here and what I believe to be happening. I believe there are 3 separate companies being brought in, but I'll start with the first one. And I think payroll alone is over our current market cap. I'll get to that :)

Last year, Synergy Management filed for custodianship of the $MISM shell. They won custodianship and tweeted the updated share structure:



On May 27th, they sold the shell and added new directors. They tweeted this image:



The new Directors are:

Naveen Doki
Amit Jain
Kalyan Pathuri

Filings started coming out YESTERDAY dating back 16 years ago. In those filings is a description of each director:

So here's where it gets good. This filing for Pioneer Global, Inc was filed in the State of Virginia with our 3 directors. Also, pay attention to the registered agents name "Rajitha Aerrabolu", because I think that's going to be important very soon:

Back to Pioneer Global. I can't find much info on revenues. But I WAS able to find out how much they paid in salaries to just their H-1B Visa employees. Last year $3.9M. The year before, over $5M. Add in American citizen employees, and I'm guessing this company has some pretty big revenues? :)
