pretty much everyone will question them...and after looking at kim's track record, the failures, the stupid mistakes, the slowness, the penchant for waiting until the last minute to do anything, the poor decisions, driving the company into debt but JUST to him, is there any institution or big investor that is going to want to risk a significant amount of money on him?...

im sure they will see the possibilities with the tech..but with kim in total control in the drivers seat, having to navigate a minefield with all their cash in the trunk?...lol

something tells me that kim got a little peak at what the possibilities REALLY WERE in regards to getting financing on Nasdaq and that's how the s-1 was born...
