so instead of getting .58 share of canopy per 1 share of acrgf...
we are only getting .30 share of canopy per 1 share of acrgf.
plus we get some kind of 1 time dividend of 30 cents per share of acrgf.

that is a BUMMER for us shareholders, no matter what spin they put on it.
woowee wowza fun in the stock market for the regular investor guy and gal.
well, it will probably be a couple years before "trigger" event, so ---
have to see what the numbers are then and when.
not as big a win as all of us hoped for. oh well
