got me thinking about EDU

Lets back Hartcourt into EDU numbers...just for the fun of it...LOL

EDU has revs in 06 at $95m with a PPS of $36.00

Hartcourt ..once they close the 4 MOU they are Gateeee $14.4m revs or say aprox 13% of EDU $95m

EDU pps of $36.00 X 13% = Hartcourt could be if all things are equal $4.68 pps

Now according to Mr EC he said Dr Hu said in the SF meeting he plans to find 10 total schools with 30% profit by the end of year 07 and just for the hell of it if 4 school is worth ..$4.68 a share ($1.17 per school) then if we would take that times 10 school ....well....XXXXX OK so you don't like that then...just cut it in half..I don't care...lol

IMO we can be something BIG in a few years with out an RS...but we need to close the 2 deals.

Margin EDU = 22%
HRCT = 30% (Hartcourt needs to apply home office overhead)
