Do you think this is a legit company with two employees and number one customer of the public company is the CEO private company? Does this look normal to you? If you want to take risk, you can, but facts are facts. I don’t really care what the stock does but there is something wrong with this arrangement called CONFLICT OF INTEREST. Essentially the CEO is stealing money from the company through his private business.
