CDEL ERTF NITE they keep selling themselves shares at way lower BIDS.

So lets say Bid is at .0080 they will sell to the person at .0075. If ASK is at .0080 you would think yea sell to the person with ASK at .008 nope they sell to .0075. ASK is at .0080 CDEL puts ASK at .0076. This is total Market Manipulation and I hope they see my message that I have reported all 4 MM's to SEC and they are looking into it and the SEC has been been getting quite a few emails regarding this cause they are taking advantage of the corona virus market drop.
