I've been following this for the story. This is like Germany's version of Enron. Massive company, money doesn't exist, tries to hide the debt, but the insider trading doesn't seem to be present as much. Perhaps it caught them off guard when they were caught. I wonder how much money is actually in their reported $billions of assets if they liquidate.
