Am I happy with the way things have played out so far for investors in the common? Hell no. I'm actually pretty pissed off about the whole situation. Do I see potential for a resurgence surrounding the common? It's possible. Would I bet my life on it? No.
If it we're going to happen, I wouldn't bet on it happening any time soon. Clearly they're not having to may issues finding funding outside of the public markets. Cosman always said he was playing the long game and wanted shareholders to reap the benefits. I guess we'll see if he's a man of his word over the next decade.
Based on what I've seen, Attis is surviving/growing. Why they refuse to release information surrounding their common I have no idea. As far as I can tell, the shares still exist.
