We have all mathematical models on how this is going to work....and I will NEVER FORGET my Shareholders who endured pain and suffering for all these years.
In 2015........ACCR was dead. It was. We traded $.000001 on the grey market one day in 2015......It was DEATH....and today we are ALIVE!

Our heartbeat today is THROBBING, just like a STRONG WARRIOR....now listen to me, once the FORM 10 is APPROVED by the SEC...that friggin' STOP RED SIGN at OTC Markets will disappear because we will be FULLY REPORTING AND REGISTERED according to the Sec Act of '33 and Exchange Act of '34. ACCR cannot erase our past filiings, I am sorry.....but look on the flip side....a REVERSE MERGER is quicker and better to public re-registration of shares that will be put back into the TREASURY of ACCR, for re-issuance if needed. I have much work to do. Sec of State of FL is in good shape - NO REVERSE SPLIT NOW.....so NO AMENDED OF THE ARTICLES WILL BE FILED at this time. CANCELLED!
Looking good to me....and because I am not even looking at the stock price, remember I am a DIRECTOR of ACCR and do not trade my stock, PERIOD. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE......just remember the new company will file their own form 211 with a MARKET MAKER too, and I told them.....my goal is to get us listed on an EXCHANGE.....as all EXCHANGE LISTED STOCKs MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE SEC.
