INO RE Inovio's zapping devise: Others have tried it and discarded it. There is no bio in the country using it. Apparently after crafting over 1,000 PRs, Inovio is good at slinging it, enough to have the rotating persons at DOD bamboozled. And DOD, like McDonald's hamburgers, has billions and billions to spread around.
Inovio's electrocution machine has never resulted in a successful human vaccine. It's smoke and mirrors, imo.
Yesterday and today Robinhooders visited INO as they're penny stock* play. Bravo. Suggest securing gains- their ephemeral
Still not one single approved drug, vaccine or therapy in its 41 years of diverting good money from good companies who actually accomplish approved products.

This will end badly, especially for Newbies
