IF you think MMs are market manipulators, and the Big Girls are crooks, you should be able to imagine a scenario in which the price gets manipulated on the snafu of delayed filings and delayed promises. IF, on the other hand, you believe the revenues are rising rapidly and production and clients are expanding, you see this snafu as an opportunity to buy more of what you believed in at .25 or .73 or .10 or whatever you first thought it was a good deal at.
