However (lol), to suggest they didn't know how US FDA would respond to a clinical trial is a very weak reasoning. They submitted a Pre IND application to US FDA then announced NP-120 (Ifenprodil) Expanded Access/Emergency Use request to US FDA one week later. All that was BEFORE they announced any plans for South Korea.

But whatever.

If only I had the skills to limit my posts down to one or two liner responses and they'd be considered genius. Man, that would help eliminate time spent on DD.
