Dip em then rip em! Unbelievable how incredibly accretive the SINFIT acquisition was folks!

Absolutely ZERO stock issued to acquire SINFIT whatsoever!

And they acquired SINFIT for only $250K in an all cash transaction with SINFIT booking $2.2M in revenue in calendar year 2019!

So gotta give credit where credit is due, as that's 1 of the most accretive acquisitions I've ever seen on the OTC period this year!
