I’m actually on the other side of this - and I’m not trying to be negative. My gut feeling is that AG and Verus has differing views on the CBD situation. I don’t know why - I have a feeling it ties into Nutribrands, but maybe not.
I wouldn’t be surprised if we see AG get out tbh. I just have a bad feeling here - and calling it a different name saying AG isn’t involved...instead of bringing it under Reset is a little funky to me. Although this could be AG wanting you do his own thing away from the Reset Bioscience investors.
The other side of me says AG is fully onboard - here why. He liquidated 123m shares (I think that was the #) at roughly their price. That’s literally spot on $500k. That was the cost that Anshu quoted for the inventory.
He also didn’t sell on the open market -aka diluting the price. To me it says, we needed funding, I got us funding and also put the shares in another big name investors hands for safe keeping so we didn’t dilute the SP.
So 50% says there was a fall out....the other 50% of me says AG bought the inventory. It’s not a coincidence his sales add up go $500k
