Actually, the company is only providing shareholders the good news and promises of even better news to come. If Lovatt was updating people on what they need to know, he's divulge the financing arrangement. It took weeks of pestering to get him to divulge the purchase price. Why? Because it leads to the next question of where the money came from. Originally, he stated it was a mix of cash and stock. Did James not want stock? Why? It would have been restricted, is probably why.


You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
