Our proposed AUDITOR....I have done thorough DD, and checks out. DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE ELSE. Our AUDITOR is listed current 2020....with PCAOB, and the SEC is conference calling me back NOW,,,,,,how's that for real time update....
You see, we are flat lining the last 2002 SEC filed financials,m by the past criminals....bringing everything down to $0.................__________________________________----------------------->$0 all the numbers, in the accounting format................................this was MY IDEA...................................and the SEC accountant liked my idea....to show continuity of AUDIT by the PCAOB auditor............................
and then pick up all the NUMBERS to my accounting for RESTARTING this Corporation's VERIFIED BANK STATEMENTS and 1099s and the last 2 years covered.............RIDE THE SNAKE,,,,,ALL THE CHILDREN ARE CRAZY
I have never told a lie,,,,in business, when you are trying to survive,,,guys, it is tough out there. Some ideas fail.......this is natural progression of a Corporation that has a will to try ANYTHING......................ACCR is self funded, and PATRICK has resurrected this Corporation....THE RIGHT WAY!

The REVERSE and restart of a FORM 10 is better and cheaper and FASTER to get to the NYSE. ALL EXCHANGE LISTED STOCKS MUST BE REGISTERED FULLY WITH THE SEC.
