When NH loaned the company the money, he not only threw out a lifeline to investors to avoid possible BK, he also was putting his own money at risk, betting he would be successful in the turnaround.

When you look at the obscene money with huge Golden Parachutes granted to many CEOs, NH is a flea on an Elephant's ass in comparison.

As an investor, its a big deal to have the CEO committed financially to success.
