This is a bit heavy but I wanted to provide a small peek into something. This is building off what I already shared about Grst and Covid Clear.

The Cares act is the recent legislation, the statutory law that was created to allow money to flow into helping Corporate America deal with the coronavirus.

https://www.morningstar.com/articles/978878/how-charitable-giving-is-changing-in-2020

Big Givers

Finally, the CARES Act had implications for very large charitable givers, in that it lifts the limit on the amount of charitable gifts that can be deducted (by itemizers) in 2020, from 60% of the taxpayer’s adjusted gross income to 100%. (Gifts in excess of 100% of AGI cannot be deducted.) The increase on the limit doesn’t apply to contributions to donor-advised funds.

This change applies only to cash gifts made to charitable organizations qualified by the IRS (section 170(b)(1)(A),0)

Basically what it allows individuals and corporations to do is to give away money relating to the Coronavirus, however there are still statutory restrictions on how to accomplish this. Not every corporation will fall within these lines.

Grst is a candidate for such help.

1.170A-9 Definition of section 170(b)(1)(A) organization.

(a) The term section 170(b)(1)(A) organization as used in the regulations under section 170 means any organization described in paragraphs (b) through (j) of this section

Hospitals and medical research organizations -

A) The term hospital includes -

A rehabilitation institution, outpatient clinic, or community mental health or drug treatment center may qualify as a “hospital” within the meaning of paragraph (d)(1)(i) of this section if its principal purpose or function is the providing of hospital or medical care.

the term medical care shall include the treatment of any physical or mental disability or condition, whether on an inpatient or outpatient basis...

So grst can receive charitable donations....these donations can be geared to helping covid clear... under the new care act.....and as I said before huge money has been placed down for covid related services ... At this moment in time for them it’s not about making dollars from dollars but placing dollars down to ensure Corporate America does not fall....

Grst.....looking good
