Ouch, the second s-8 since July, increasing their O/S by almost 50% since last 10QSB at July 15th. That can be considered dilution in my book.

July 15th: 10 QSB - 28,7 mm O/S
Sept 18th: S-8 - 6,9 mm registered
Oct 10th: S-8 - 6,9 mm registered

I must do some more DD on this one now, market cap is still pretty low (1.440.000$) considering the last Quarter results. Maybe a chance to add on a dip?
