It states in the filing from the other day

"Indicate the number of outstanding shares of each of the issuer’s classes of capital or common stock as of the close of the period covered by the shell company report: 17,399,176 Ordinary Shares, including 7,647,962 Class A Ordinary Shares and 9,751,214 Class B Ordinary Shares."

And after you look down at the insider holdings you can see the float is just over 1 million shares which is peanuts. They can take this wherever they want it to go.

This was filed on 6/22, post merger, so have no reason to believe it's not accurate.
