Hi MoDoah,

From being around here a while now and experiencing the late filings I feel that I’m the past he was more focused on growing the business and developing a following a product more so than pushing the filings. Now I feel, due to his statements, he truly wants to push the filings as the company is running well. But atlas his hands are tied due to covid. That’s my belief - right wrong or indifferent. I work with a big 4 accounting firm to report on a fortune 50 company (could be 100 - who knows these days) and we have issues. We have accountants assigned to us that are in three neighboring states ! All with various rules. So in my opinion, comparing history to today is apples and oranges, personally am giving the benefit of the doubt to gary and taking his word given the state of the world.
