I think more telling was the SEC statement around the $150 million order they 'claimed' to have received. This is a pattern with Tom/Bravatek of claiming big orders but then never showing any revenue. Speaking of which, what happened to this $150 million order? There is nothing in the suspension that would have prevented that from being converted if it had actually been true.
