The company's last press release, June 20, announced the company became one of the new partners in "David Slay's Golden Steer Restaurant." Mr. Slay, who is head of the Restaurant/Hospitality Division of AmeriResource Technologies, Inc., has formed Prime Enterprises 2001, LLC, the company has taken ownership of the Las Vegas restaurant, a city landmark since 1959
