From what I heard they had to get the funding before the new Chief Medical Officer would come aboard. So we should hear something on funding in the next couple of days or next week.

But I dont think we can just jump to .10 to .25.

We have a lot of resistance for instance at .052, so we have to break that resistance first. I think we break .022 resistance then hit .033 resistance, drop to .025 then off to the races for .052.
