Expect A Filing in the coming days

As you know, they restructured the Series V warrants in late May. I wont go into details again, but know tomorrow is the last day to convert these and get either the Series XX and/or YY.

Since the XX and YY warrants are NEW, the underlying common for these warrants have to be registered with the SEC.

Thus, in the next 2-4 business days, I would expect a S-1 or S-3 filing to register them. Not sure if its a S-1 or S-3.

Regardless of the filing, I should be able to back into the amount of cash that was received by CVM

So, dont freak out when you see the filing. It will look more ominous than it is. It will look like a secondary, but it isnt
