Certain Company officers and management as well as professional staff and consultants are unable to conduct work required to prepare our financial report for the year ended March 31, 2020. As a result, the Company expects to be unable to compile and review certain information required in order to permit the Company to file a timely and accurate annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended March 31, 2020, by the prescribed date without unreasonable effort or expense due to circumstances related to COVID-19.

Certain Company officers and management? Umm.....PT and who else - PT? Remember, this is a one-person company.

Professional staff and consultants? Have they not discovered the magic of interweb and email? What little information they might need to provide could be handled in an email. It's not like Mexus is actively in the middle of a complicated exploration program or anything.

Most of a 10-K is regurgitating the previous information (e.g. that damn tub of sludge is mentioned in every filing - still drying since when, 2018?) What is left for a 10-K is stuff that the attorney and accounting firm handle....and they typically work via email anyway. What's changed - their Wifi quit working?

Might as well just get that Form 15 notice ready and go dark.
