Give Oily credit for knowing something could be up with the United Arab Emirates (or that could have been a good coincidence).

Plus, S. Freed has never pumped before. He did predict Ali Memon's departing ERHC.

I have noted a pattern, however of

1)Oily posting often during an uptrend his posts help to start

2) being completely quiet during a down trend after what he predicted does not occur and

3) posting during a flat down period with some new exciting claim or prediction to help galvanize another up trend.
