How about when the largest shareholder calls, the only person owning more than 5% of erhe shares according to the SEC database, and can't even get to leave a message? Or a small group of people who claim to own over 1/2 the erhe shares and can't even get invited to an annual shareholder meeting because erhc management doesn't want to have one? Then picture erhc as a private company run by Offor.

Talk about being stuck and in the dark.
