8. Subsequent Events
We have evaluated subsequent events through the date of issuance of this unaudited consolidated financial
statement, and below are the material recognizable subsequent events.

In an agreement signed June 23, 2020 and effective April 1, 2020, the Company acquired one hundred percent
of the outstanding shares of MedSmart Group, Inc. a company in the business of establishing wellness
centers. As part of the deal, Parliament House Partners was discontinued effective at midnight March 31,
2020, and management responsibilities of Kenergy will be transitioned to Calvin Lewis who will assume the
responsibilities of President, sole director, secretary, and treasurer on June 24, 2020 upon the resignation of
Erwin Vahlsing, Jr. from those offices.
