Personally I think Kim already has the P1 results ready to be released. If the results wernt known I highly doubt we would have received the funding for the manufacturing of the administration device. After the BS he has gone through with the short attacks on his company hes timing the release until we cool down a little let the shorts load up again then burn them big time.
