I can’t say for sure and would admittedly be a guess. Combo HIV was about 4-5 years... so if we just injected first patient for NASH, it could be 2023.

The FDA already has data on nearly 1000 patients from our tests and little to zero SAE’s. That could expedite things. My cost per share on a b/o was near term and we need to base that on nearly 700m outstanding shares. The price is reflective of only 480m or so, leaving some dilution there.

People have their price in mind but I’m not as invested as some. I may leave some money on the table for a quick buyout. Others also have have the option to purchase stock in the acquiring company if they feel that strongly about it
