He did not drop the ball, the financial institutions are being careful with small businesses.

Steven did nothing wrong and he is not at fault for the financial group putting breaks on, this does not mean it will not happen it means it is on HOLD. Sales are good, he has the 100 K buffer and has got back on expenses.
we just need to ride this out for a while and see what the economic model looks like in 3-6 months.
