Ok, not secret! Strategic! Any business man knows how to use time/information for purposes to best fit or benefit the company! To have a clown (paid) to constantly beat a drum is comic relief and strategy. I think those who frequent this forum hold a significant percentage of the float, thus can cause huge ebbs and flows and other gyrations on the open market.
