You might want to rethink the 25% premium. Pricing the technology at that

value is way to low. After all, this is the only company in the world

that is weeks away from mass production. And what will happen to the share

price if a buyout did occur? Would they keep KBLB stock symbol? Would

investors drive it all the way to NASDAQ just on the buyout news?

As for the time line you believe to be correct. I think it closer to

tying up loose ends. Peace
