All moves are pretty garden variety set-up defenses against a Hostile Bid.
- accelerated vesting
- golden parachutes
- authorization to sell an additional 100M in debt.

Likely Bids have been made; or will be soon. Management has certainly rebuffed.

Now, Management's delusions about $XXX digit share prices are pretty comical at this point. Those dreams become more acceptable if CYDY hits the PII Trial endpoints for NASH and mTNBC. Until then, it's fun to dream...
