A multi-billion dollar company slated to announce production of a prototype using KBLB's fibres....
Several companies announcing, within the span of a few weeks apart...
An international deal with several countries, licensing KBLB's silkworm technology...

TRUTH, all would be most welcome news. However, why haven't they made these announcements yet? What is holding them back?

This is not a rhetorical question. I assume that the companies are waiting for some specific development before they announce the news. Proof of ability to produce commercial quantities seems to be the most likely development. As far as I know, that can't happen by July 23.

So the next question (again, not rhetorical): Why the deadline of July 23, other than the fact that is the date of our next annual shareholder's meeting. Must be a better reason than that.

No obvious answers from where I stand. Doesn't mean there aren't answers, just that I cannot figure out what they might be, given the information I have available.
