BEFORE A BUYOUT HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO they held it already and for a long time long before they announced anything!!!!!!

This is NOT INSIDER TRADING that would be IF IF IF THEY BOUGHT knowing a buyout was coming!
