now if all those shares in the s-1 get bought by long term holders and none get dumped immediately, then its all good..

the r/s is still a problem, but IF there is REALLY GOOD news that can be released, that would help immensely..

and that good news will help with the up list as well...

I don't believe the scenario will play out this way, but if it does, kblb will end up with $24 mil in the bank and the sky's the limit...

the only thing holding them back would be themselves...

which I initially meant as a positive...but in thinking about it, that's actually just another problem...

but ok...if kim can at least reduce the amount of times he shoots the company in the foot, that would help a lot...
